iPad Kiosk Mode Setup

Lock your iPad to the Mila Concierge app using Apple's built-in Guided Access. Follow along click-by-click — takes about 5 minutes.

3rd gen 12.9" / 1st gen 11" (2018+)

iPad mini

5th gen (2019) or newer

Any iPad with A12 Bionic chip or newer. Not sure? Go to Settings → General → About to see your model.

Install Mila App

Get the app on your iPad

OpenCamera app

Point at the QR code provided by Mila

TapApp Store banner

The yellow notification that appears at the top of the screen

TapGET

Or the cloud download icon if you've installed before

WaitDownload to finish

Then tap OPEN to launch the Mila app

Lock iPad

Triple-click → Options → Start

Unlock iPad

Triple-click → Passcode → End
