Terms of Service & Subscription Agreement

Welcome to Mila Concierge. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the host portal located at host.staging.milaconcierge.com and any related services provided by Polyq.ai, Inc. (collectively, “Mila Concierge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing the portal, or activating a paid subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
1. The Service
Mila Concierge provides an AI-driven digital concierge platform designed for short-term rental (STR) properties. The service is provided on a subscription basis for each individual property managed within the platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to improve the AI's performance and user experience.
2. Subscription Billing & Changes
To ensure continuous AI support for your guests, all subscriptions operate on a recurring billing cycle.
Upgrades: You may upgrade your subscription tier at any time. Upgrades are processed immediately; the price difference will be charged to your payment method on file, and your new features will be available instantly.
Downgrades: You may downgrade your subscription tier through the Host Dashboard. Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No credits or prorated refunds are provided for the remainder of the current term.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
By activating a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No Refunds Upon Activation: Once a subscription is activated and the billing cycle has commenced, all fees are final. No refunds will be issued.
No Refunds Upon Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. However, cancellation does not trigger a refund. Your access to the platform will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, at which point the subscription will terminate.
Service Credits: Mila Concierge does not offer partial credits or “roll-over” balances for unused portions of a subscription month or unused property slots.
4. User Content & AI Accuracy
House Manuals: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the house manuals and property data you upload.
AI Learning: You grant Mila Concierge a non-exclusive license to use your uploaded content to train and refine the AI responses for your specific properties.
QA Sandbox: We provide a “QA Sandbox” for every property. It is the host's responsibility to test and verify AI responses within the sandbox before making the service available to guests. Mila Concierge is not liable for incorrect information provided to guests resulting from inaccurate source data or failure to test.
5. Account Security & Technical Support
Unauthorized Access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Host Dashboard credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Technical Support: For issues related to payment failures (e.g., EXTERNAL_SERVICE_ERROR) or system bugs, please contact support@milaconcierge.com. You must include your specific Request_ID to receive expedited assistance.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mila Concierge provides the platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Liability Cap: Mila Concierge's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the specific subscription term in which the claim arose.
No Consequential Damages: Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the actual cost of the individual subscription purchased. We are not liable for any lost booking revenue, property damage, guest disputes, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Polyq.ai, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
